Be mindful of teeth stainers.

Black coffee, chocolates, ciggarettes, tobacco, red wine are most likely to darken and stain your teeth.
Avoid them and if you have to indulge yourself,  use a good
bleaching mouthwash immediately afterwards.

Use baking powder as a mouthwash at least once a week. It has proved effective as a stain remover. However, salt can be used as an alternative due
to its high sodium content.

Try flossing
.
Floss is the most effective way of removing plaque behind and between the teeth.
The teeth looks whiter and cleaner without plaque build-up.
Do it once a day preferable in the night. However, try a floss that's not too rough or slippery. Settle for the perfect one for your teeth.

Does your breath stink? One way to find out is by licking the palm of your hand and smell it while it is still wet. Now you know!
If it doesn't smell fresh, it's time for a sugar-free mint. Also avoid the alcoholic types. They dry up the mouth tissues which makes them vulnerable to bacteria.

Fruits like celery, apples, lemon, orange and pineapples are very good whitening agents. Each them casually.

Change your toothbrush every three months. Doctor's advice!

Lastly, make a periodic visit to your dentist. This will enable you keep a good dental hygiene, spot cavities and Keep a healthy, white sparkling teeth.

Change toothbrush at least every two to three months. Otherwise, there will be a transfer of bacteria to the mouth.

Like a towel used over time and not washed, it breeds a lot of germs and bad smell. Same goes for the tongue. Use a tongue scraper daily or a toothbrush. However, a scraper
is more effective than a toothbrush.
